This content requires the base game Europa Universalis IV on Steam in order to play. I dont know if this is on my end, but after installing Dharma, the Japanese countries are broken due to the government reforms. All Daimyos are no longer Daimyos, but Duchys. Also, Ashikaga is not the shogun, but a Grand Daimyo. This effectively breaks a Japan playthrough. Is this a problem anyone else has encountered? I should mention that I have all other DLCs as well.
