“Deliver cargo to all container ports (requires Scandinavia DLC)”
Really simple, you have to go to two locations: Oslo and Esbjerg and deliver your cargo.

Complete a job to all Scandinavian quarries – there are 7 in total. Find contracts where you have to reach quarries that are near the following cities:
Norway City: Kristenstand / Stavanger / Oslo
Sweden City: Linkoping / Vaxjo / Jonkoping / Kalmar

“Deliver truck cargo from Scania factory to a Scania truck dealer (requires Scandinavia DLC)”
Search for a contract where you can find a trailer with two trucks from this company. So, for Scania you need to go to Södertälje to pickup the trailer and deliver to a Scania truck dealer.
Volvo Trucks Lover
“Deliver truck cargo from Volvo Trucks factory to a Volvo truck dealer (requires Scandinavia DLC)”
Search for a contract where you can find a trailer with two trucks from this company. So, for Volvo you need to go to Göteborg to pickup the trailer and deliver to a Volvo truck dealer.
Sailor
“Deliver yachts to all Scandinavian marinas (requires Scandinavia DLC & High Power Cargo Pack DLC)”
Deliver yachts (a type of cargo) to all Scandinavian marinas:
Oslo / Stockholm / Esbjerg
